What Is FASTer Way to Fat Loss?

FASTer Way to Fat Loss (FWTFL) is an app-based program that combines evidence-based strategies and daily 30-minute workouts—to help participants burn fat, build lean muscle, and boost metabolic health.

Core Components

Personalized Coaching & Community Support

  • You will get one-on-one guidance from me with weekly check-ins.

  • Access to a private Whatsapp group.

    Nutrition Strategy

  • Customized macronutrient targets (protein, carbs, fats) are set based on your goals and lifestyle.

  • Intermittent fasting (typically a 12–16 hour fasting window) enhances fat metabolism.

  • Carb cycling varies carb and fat intake across the week to optimize energy and metabolic flexibility.

Efficient, Effective Workouts

  • Daily 30‑minute sessions include strength training (3x/week), HIIT (2x/week), as well as 2 rest days.

  • Modifiable for at-home or gym settings and adaptable to all fitness levels.

App-Based Tracking & Education

  • The FWTFL app (clinically-validated) tracks macros, workouts, fasting, water, and offers meal plans and recipes.

  • Educational content and progress tools empower long-term lifestyle change.

  • 6-week Intensive Phase: Learn the fundamentals—tracking, fasting, carb cycling, strength training.

  • VIP Phase (ongoing monthly): Continued coaching, fresh workouts, and deeper education.
