How it works
Initial Consultation (60 min) – We review your goals, habits, and current nutrition to create a clear roadmap.
Personalized Plan – You’ll receive customized recommendations, education, and practical strategies backed by science.
Ongoing Support (optional) – Follow-up sessions or coaching to track progress, adjust goals, and keep you accountable.
