Burger in a Bowl

(4 Servings)

Ingredients

For the burger meat

1 lb ground beef

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp dried oregano

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp paprika

1 tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

For the salad

Romaine lettuce

Tomatoes, diced

Pickles, sliced

Red onion, thinly sliced

4 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled

For the dressing

¼ cup greek yogurt

1 tbsp ketchup

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and spices. Cook until browned and fully cooked through, breaking up the meat as it cooks.

  2. While the beef is cooking, make the dressing by whisking all the dressing ingredients together in a small bowl.

  3. Assemble your bowls: Start with a base of romaine lettuce, then add tomatoes, pickles, onions, and beef.

  4. Drizzle with the dressing and bacon, and enjoy!
