Korean Beef Bowls

(Serves 4) 

Meat

2 tsp. sesame oil

1 lb ground beef

3 garlic cloves, minced

Sauce

2 Tbsp. brown sugar

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 tsp ground ginger

1/4 tsp chili flakes

1/4 tsp pepper

2 Cups steamed rice

4 Cups cooked broccoli

Chives and sesame seeds to garnish

How to:

-Cook meat and garlic over medium heat with the sesame oil until meat is cooked.

-Combine sauce ingredients.

-Add sauce to meat and cook 2 minutes.

-Serve the rice first, then the meat and finish with the broccoli.

-Garnish with sesame seeds and chives.
